Every client is subject to signing, ALL forms included with each SauceyShots photo package purchased and must abide by the terms and conditions. After booking and putting down a deposit towards the photo package you will be purchasing, you will be emailed a set of forms that must be completed and sent back no later than 2 days before your photoshoot. Each package includes: Client Agreement Form, Client Release Form, Liability Form, Makeup Service Consultation Form (if you decide to book a Makeup Service with me), & last a Photo/Video Print Release Form. This time frame gives the client ample time to absorb all information and reach out about any questions or concerns before your photoshoot.
